We, the members of Team RockStar propose that we will demonstrate to our client WROC through our research and analysis how we plan to re-organize and restructure the Public Broadcasting station into a viable, profitable and valuable contributor to the community.

Executive Summary

Objective
To open up and create new markets and establish WROC as a broadcasting leader in radio.


Goals

Our plan to accomplish this is three-fold:
• First-to conduct a demographic study to find out what the market of the station currently is.
• Second-to do a cost analysis to determine where to best utilize the resources available.
• Third-analysis of current programming as it relates to the market.
